Book Review – Bilbo’s Adventures: A Christmas Wish

The first thing that caught my eye about this story was the brightly illustrated, fun book cover. The writers Cheri and Peter john-Lucking have clearly researched the childrens market and have written an exciting and well laid out childrens book about Christmas.

This book would make a wonderfull Christmas present for a child, of any age ranging up to about 9 years old. The illustration and pictures throughout the book will keep toddlers entertained and even younger babies captivated.

This book features popular characters inluding Jack-in-the-box and of course, Santa. The story captures the real feeling of Christmas, and even as an adult you are transformed into Bilbo’s world and the toy shop.

This would make an excellent Christmas present, and be the perfect bedtime read for children.
